味道调查团开展关于“杂食汕头”的调查。首先是汕头人生活的必需品—“粿”。小白,小鱼及当地嘉宾平哥将对粿的种类,粿的制作过程以及粿对汕头人的重要意义向观众做全面介绍。第二位嘉宾恩浩将带领主持人白金组合开始对汕头名吃“牛肉打边炉”进行调查。从清水牛肉火锅最基本的环节,牛肉养殖为开端,分别向观众展示火锅清水汤底,特色火锅蘸料和牛肉的不同部位。通过中西牛肉做法之不同来突显“好味道,中国造”的主题。
