介绍公司全新研制具有颠覆性创新的热管散热发射机。众所周知，由于热管具备极高的导热性、优良的等温性，是目前已知的最有效的解决点积热的方法之一。伴随科技的进步，一批先进的大功率数字功放管的应运而生 ，有效地提高了数字发射机的科技水平。但是，大功率功放管同样面临高积热的问题，影响了发射机的稳定性、使用寿命、整机有效效率。针对该问题，公司经过长期研制，结合热管的特点，开发出全新系列数字电视发射机。该机具备节能高效、稳定可靠，低噪声，体积小等优点。推出后经国家广电局检测中心、无线局、中广传播公司等机构测试，1KW数字地面发射机整机效率28%，整机噪声49dB，得到广大用户认可与好评。
This lecture mainly introduces our latest designed and disruptively innovated Heat-pipe Cooling Digital TV Transmitter. For its good thermal conductivity and excellent iso-thermal quality, Heat-pipe is recognized as one of the most effective solutions to point-heat accumulation. With the development of science and technology, the new advanced high-power LDMOS for digital amplifiers come into being, which improve the technology of manufacturing the digital transmitter into a new level. However it also confronted with the problems on high-heat accumulation which badly affects its stability and service life, even the efficiency of the whole transmitter. Aiming this problem and with the characteristic of the Heat-pipe, our company has developed entirely new series of Digital TV Transmitter after a long-term development and exploration. The new series is characterized by energy-efficiency, robustness, reliability, low-noise and being compact in size. It has been officially tested by SARFT (State Administration of Radio, Film and Television)，ABRS(Administration of Radio Stations), CBC and the efficiency of the whole 1KW digital transmitter is up to 28%, and the noise is low to 49 dB. It soon gains the great popularity and high reputation among customers.
